Gas Lift Test Bench
A proprietary valve setting, testing and management system.This application manages the testing, logging, and final validation of gas lift valves under pressurized conditions. It supports both calibration runs and sealed final tests, with automatic file hashing for quality assurance and audit tracking.

Quality Results
Backing up our experienced techs is the proprietary Kaizen Machine Learning module, which reviews every test in real time to ensure it meets criteria. Trained on thousands of valve tests, it can distinguish with high accuracy TRO, flow time, port leaks, lag on opening or unstable flow.Unique serial number management, automated design uploading, and a full change-log for any valve replaced during assembly ensure that what was designed is what was built. Backing it all is a hand-signed QC and sign-off from the designer to the tech.
