Wax Buster Plunger

The Wax Buster is a conventional plunger that requires closed time to fall to the bottom hole spring. It features aggressive diamond-shaped leading edges to cut and tear up wax buildup and other materials accumulating on the tubing. While it can be used as the main plunger, its steel is not hard enough to damage the tubing material, unlike a wireline broach, as it lacks hardened cutting edges.

Made from L80 material, the Wax Buster is designed to resist corrosion and embrittlement while possessing very high tensile strength.

Retrieval Plunger Kit

The Kaizen Retrieval Plunger Kit is designed to be deployed with wireline attachments to address stuck or malfunctioning plungers, such as valve-style plungers. Although it may not always successfully recover the stuck or damaged plunger or its parts, it can reduce wireline costs and is valuable for operators managing multiple plunger lift systems.

Like all Kaizen plungers, it features an industry-standard fish neck design for easy recovery. The kit includes standard 1.90” and 2.34” 15” solid plungers, a 1.70” magnet, and a 2” JDC. It can also be ordered with an optional 1.5” or 2” GS internal fish neck tool for Ball and Sleeve or Pro Cycle plungers used in 2” and 2.5” tubing.
