Lubricator Cap Handler

The Cap Handler is designed to simplify and improve the safety of handling lubricator caps. It securely attaches the cap to the lubricator, allowing operators to easily unthread the Bowen connection and effortlessly lift and swing the cap out of the way. The Cap Handler includes a platform for holding plunger springs, top disks, and rod assemblies.

Additionally, the platform side provides a reference for assessing the condition of the Kaizen top spring, helping to indicate when it needs replacement without using a tape measure. This feature enhances safety and operational ease, highlighting Kaizen Well Solutions' focus on improving safety and efficiency in plunger lift operations.
